· In addition to ICT testing, circuit boards mass-produced in modern electronic factories also need to undergo Functional testing FCT(Functional CircuitTest) before final packaging and leaving the factory. A complete comprehensive fully automatic functional test platform including audio, video and various voltages, currents, frequencies, switch quantities, etc. was built by using the PXI control board card of NI Company and LabVIEW software. PXI(PCl eXtensions forInstrumentation, PCI extensions for instrument systems) is a robust PC-based measurement and automation platform released by NI Corporation. PXI combines the electrical bus characteristics of PCI with the robustness, modularity of CompactPCI and the mechanical packaging features of Eurocard to develop mechanical, electrical and software specifications suitable for applications in test, measurement and data acquisition scenarios. The purpose of formulating the PXI specification is to perfectly combine the performance-to-price ratio advantage of desktop PCS with the necessary expansion of the PCI bus for the instrument field, forming a mainstream virtual instrument testing platform. This makes it a high-performance and low-cost carrier platform for measurement and automation systems.
· Through NI's advanced PXI technology, hardware can be accurately and quickly controlled and data collected. At the same time, the seamless connection between the PXI driver library DAQmx and the LabVIEW software development platform, the FCT function test bench built with PXI, although complex in structure and with a large number of semaphores, has a well-structured, powerful functions, is easy to modify, and has achieved resource sharing.
